Web ACH Fees & Service Charges

Overview

First Commercial Bank has a commitment to our customers to provide high quality products and services at the lowest possible price. The origination of transactions with Web ACH carries with it charges that we pay on your behalf to the Federal Reserve for each file and transaction you originate. The following fees are required for participation in the Web ACH program:

Transaction Fees

$0.10 per debit or credit   (This offsets the per transaction fees charged by the Federal Reserve for origination.)

File Fees

$5 per file   (This offsets the per file fee charged by the Federal Reserve for each file originated. The number of transactions per file does not affect this charge.) 

Monthly Maintenance Fee

$0.0 per month   (This allows us to provide you with ACH origination software, documentation, training, ongoing support, compliance with National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules and regulations, and an annual copy of the ACH Corporate Edition Rules Book.)

Prenotification Fees

$0.0 per Prenotification   (If you decide to create Prenotifications prior to submitting live transactions, this offsets the per transaction fees charged by the Federal Reserve for origination of these zero dollar transactions.)

Return Fees

$0.0 per item returned

$0.0 per Notification of Change

(This reimburses us for the Federal Reserve's charges on items that we must handle individually, such as Insufficient Funds, Authorization Revoked, Unknown Recipient, or Incorrect Account Number.)
