Timeframe for Submission of Files

Debit Files

Must be uploaded to Web ACH no later than 10:00 a.m. one banking day prior to the effective date of the file.

Credit Files

Must be uploaded to Web ACH no later than 10:00 a.m. two banking days prior to the effective date of the file.

Non-Processing Days

Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday

Presidents' Day

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Columbus Day

Veterans' Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

Weekends (Saturday/Sunday)

Note: If a holiday listed above falls on a Sunday it will be observed on the Monday immediately following the holiday and that day will be a non-processing day.
