Williams

Mark Williams, Chairman

Mark joined the Board of Directors in 1984 and has served as Chairman since 1994. He serves on the Asset and Liability Management, Strategic and Budgeting, and Compensation Committees. Mark is a consulting manufacturing engineer and is an active member in the Seguin Rotary Club. He and his wife Linda live in McQueeney.

 

Long

Mark A. Long, President, CEO and Director

Mark joined the Board in 2004. He came to FCB in November of 2002 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He has degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, and has over 35 years of experience in lending and administration at community banks. He is Chair-Elect of the Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce and an active member and Past President of the Seguin Rotary Club and has served on the Texas Bankers Association Board and the American Bankers Association's Community Bankers Council. Mark is also an active member on the Alamo Colleges Central Texas Technology Center Advisory Board, the Texas Lutheran University and Texas State Business School Advisory Boards. He and his wife Jamie live in McQueeney.

Kiel

G.P. "Jeep" Kiel, Director

Jeep is a native of Seguin and has been a Director since 1983. He serves on the Marketing and Business Development, Compensation, and Technology Committees. Jeep retired from Texas Lutheran University where he was an Associate Vice President for Development. He and his wife Babs live in Seguin and are active members of numerous organizations in our community.

 

Pfullmann

Robert C. "Bob" Pfullmann, Jr., Director

Robert C. "Bob" Pfullmann, Jr. has served on the bank's Board of Directors since 1991. He serves on the Asset-Liability Management and Audit and Risk Management Committees. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant and Attorney.  He is a native of Seguin and lives in McQueeney with his wife Lynn.

Thomson

Herman O. "Tommy" Thomson, Director

Tommy joined the Board of Directors in 1995. He is Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and also serves on the Compensation and Technology Committees. Tommy is a retired Lt. General of the U.S. Air Force, having served two combat tours in Korea and Vietnam. He is active in business and holds leadership positions in both church and community service organizations. Tommy and his wife Iris live in San Antonio.

Rinn

Doris Rinn, Director

Doris has served on the Board of Directors for FCB since 2005. She serves on the Technology Committee, Marketing and Business Development Committees. She is an active member of this community, serving on the foundation boards of the Seguin-Guadalupe Public Library and Guadalupe Regional Medical Center as well as a member of the Texas Lutheran University Corporation Board. Doris also volunteers her time at Faith Lutheran Church and serves on the church's Endowment Committee as well as volunteering at the Christian Free Clinic and Guadalupe Regional Medical Center. Doris lives in Seguin.

Albrecht

Jeff Albrecht, Director

Jeff joined the Board in 2007 and serves on the Asset-Liability Management, Audit and Risk Management, and Marketing and Business Development Committees. Jeff is an Accountant and has served as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Jeff has served as President of both the Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels and the Wurstfest Association. He is also a graduate of the Leadership New Braunfels program. Jeff and his wife Tammy live in New Braunfels.

Phil Seidenberger, Director

Phil joined the Board in 2012 after retiring from SMI/CMC of August 2012 after 42 years.  For the last 12 years he was the EVP and General Manager to Director of Operations, Central Region.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University.  Phil is an active member of numerous local business organizations, and serves on the Seguin City Council, Strategic & Budgeting Committee, Compensation Committee, as well as the Technology Committee.   Phil and his wife Nancy live in Seguin.

 

Harold "Hal" Holtman, Jr., Director

Harold “Hal” Holtman, Jr., joined the First Commercial Bank Board of Directors in December 2014.  Hal is a Certified Public Accountant, and has practiced public accounting since 1976. He started his own business, Holtman & Company in 1982 which is now Holtman & Company LLC. Hal has served on several non-profit boards in the local area: McKenna Health System, Resolute, Connections, New Braunfels Noon Lions Club and New Braunfels ISD Education Foundation. He previously served on the Board of Directors of First State Bank, New Braunfels. Hal and his wife Karen currently live in New Braunfels.

 

Doug Miller, Director

Doug Miller joined the First Commercial Board of Directors in November 2014. He is a State Representative from District 73 which is comprised of Comal, Gillespie, and Kendall Counties. Doug holds the rank of Major in the Texas State Guard. Doug balances his time as a state legislator and as President of Miller & Miller Insurance Agency for over 30 years. Doug is the former Mayor of New Braunfels as well as former Chair of the Edwards Aquifer Authority Board of Directors. Doug has served on several non-profit boards in the local area: NB Jaycees, Wurstfest, Comal County Fair Assn., Comal County United Way, NBISD Education Foundation, Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the Board of Directors of First State Bank, New Braunfels. Doug is married to the former Anne Mund and currently live in New Braunfels.
