Mark Williams, Chairman

Mark joined the Board of Directors in 1984 and has served as Chairman since 1994. Mark is a consulting manufacturing engineer and is an active member in the Seguin Rotary Club. He and his wife Linda live in McQueeney.

Mark A. Long, President, CEO and Director

Mark joined the Board in 2004. He came to FCB in November of 2002 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He has degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, and has over 35 years of experience in lending and administration at community banks. He is Past Chair of the Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce, an active member and Past President of the Seguin Rotary Club, has served on the Texas Bankers Association Board, and the American Bankers Association's Community Bankers Council. Mark is also an active member on the Alamo Colleges Central Texas Technology Center Advisory Board, the Texas Lutheran University and Texas State Business School Advisory Boards. He and his wife Jamie live in McQueeney.

Jeff Albrecht, Director

Jeff joined the Board in 2007. Jeff is an accountant and has served as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Jeff has served as President of both the Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels and the Wurstfest Association. He is also a graduate of the Leadership New Braunfels program. Jeff and his wife Tammy live in New Braunfels.

Harold "Hal" Holtman, Jr., Director

Hal joined the First Commercial Bank Board of Directors in December 2014. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and has practiced public accounting since 1976. He started his own business, Holtman & Company, in 1982 which is now Holtman & Company LLC. Hal has served on several non-profit boards in the local area: McKenna Health System, Resolute, Connections, New Braunfels Noon Lions Club and New Braunfels ISD Education Foundation. He previously served on the Board of Directors of First State Bank, New Braunfels. Hal and his wife Karen currently live in New Braunfels.

Doug Miller joined the First Commercial Board of Directors in November 2014. He is a former State Representative from District 73 which is comprised of Comal, Gillespie, and Kendall Counties. Doug holds the rank of Major in the Texas State Guard. Doug has served as President of Miller & Miller Insurance Agency for over 30 years. Doug is the former Mayor of New Braunfels as well as former Chair of the Edwards Aquifer Authority Board of Directors. Doug has served on several non-profit boards in the local area: NB Jaycees, Wurstfest, Comal County Fair Assn., Comal County United Way, NBISD Education Foundation, and Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the Board of Directors of First State Bank, New Braunfels. Doug is married to the former Anne Mund and they currently live in New Braunfels.

Alfred A. "Al" Steinle, Director

Al joined the Board of Directors in 2016. He served on the Board of Directors of the Jourdanton State Bank for 33 years. He is a member of the Jourdanton Rotary Club where he served as Treasurer for 25 years. He is the President of the Atascosa Hospital Association and the Jourdanton Industrial Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and St. Mary's Law School in San Antonio. Al and his wife Deana live in Jourdanton.

R. Shane Sillivent, Director

Shane joined the Board of Directors in 2016. He is President of the Jourdanton Rotary Club. Shane graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Shane has been advising clients in South Texas on oil and gas, estate planning, and real estate matters since 2011. Shane is also an owner and Co-President of Martin Abstract Company, Inc., the oldest title company in Atascosa County. Shane, his wife Holly, daughter Annabelle, and son Logan live in Jourdanton.
